ODBDSLC211 Sketch week 2

ODBD paper used: Rustic Beauty
ODBD dies used: Beautiful Borders
For today's card I have turned the sketch upside down.  I added a couple of heart shaped pearls that I changed color with Copic Markers to better match the border color I used.  I love the Rustic Beauty papers and this one really goes well with the old wood fence post in my image.  This lantern has been lighting the path to home for a long time as you can tell by all the rust!!  It may be rusty but it still does the job!
To see all the projects created for ODBDSLC211 or to join the challenge click HERE.  You have until August 17th 2014 at 8:00 EDT to join us.  By participating in the challenge, you have a chance to win a $15 ODBD certificate good towards the purchase of stamps in the "stamp column" on the ODBD website, or to be spotlighted on the ODBD Blog at our next challenge.  The random prize winner will be posted on the first challenge of each month.  Please do not post on flickr as many of us do not have the ability to comment on your cards nor can we spotlight your cards on the blog.

Oh, Robin, how beautiful! I love your color combination and that wonderful lantern you've colored so beautifully! Love the sky and the grass you've added! And I love your take on the sketch and the twine and small hearts! Finishing touch is that wonderful Scripture from Psalms! I love it! Hugs, sweet friend! Another beauty!
